GoVPN - Free VPN for WiFi Security, Unblock Sites App Reviews

I can attest that this app its a total scam. Even though I read all those bad reviews I decided yo give it it a try. It does not work at all. Even if it says that you are connected to a VPN, it is not true. May it be that thay are trying to fish info from your Mac? What is the real pourpose of having such a bas app in the app store? why does Apple allow it? BTW, the review of mcbeat have to be paid the the developer of the app or is an insider. Don’t believe me, try for yourself

so i download the profile installed with success but then the vpn connection is broken it never worked id say dont buy this app premium upgrade

This app does NOT work! I installed it and within seconds of installing it it said it needed an update, well I updated it FOUR times and NOTHING. Whoever wrote the review is lying. This developer doesn’t even have a way to contact them! WHY IS THIS ON THE APP STORE?!?!

First off, i have it for my mac AND ipod touch, it works on the ipod but NEVER worked on the mac. When i went to the support page, it hardly helps, and they said to use it on a PC and screenshot the problem. UHHHHH HELLOOOOOO?!?!?!?! IT DOESNT WORK ON THE MAC, SO THAT MEANS IT WONT WORK ON A PC TOO?!!?!?!?! WHAT IF IT WORKED?! DOESNT FIX MY PROBLEM. Point being, figure it out. until then, this app is useless to you Mac users. I have tried everything that the support page said to do, and nothing worked. the server will NEVER authorize. Don’t waste your space and time on it.

To strat with, this app needs like 5-10 times to srart properly, usually it’s just a grey screen with no info on. If you are lucky enough to make it actually start, don’t expect this app to establish an actucal VPN connection, cause it NEVER DOES what it’s supposed to do! I tried it in three different countries and guess what, it didn’t work! So, developers, can we expect a feedback of any kind?? Is there a reason to keep your application installed?

Your product won’t even let me sign up. I see from other comments that they had problems too, but it appears they were able to get beyond the sign-up stage. FIX YOUR PROGRAM SO THAT IT WORKS!

So, if you didn’t know, I signed up with no problems, installed the profile, and it was all good from there. Please ignore the others, this one deserves some credit!

This app is a scam! I was using the free version, I clicked on the connect button, and I checked my IP location. It said I was exactly where I lived. I disconnected, and I was still at the same IP! VPN is supposed to protect you IP and privacy by showing you at a different IP, as well as running your connections through the server that you pick. This did not happen, and this app is a complete scam. I am assuming this is exactly what happens when you pay, so whatever you do, DON’T USE THIS SERVICE!

TERRIBLE APP THAT DOESNT EVEN WORK ON THE MAC!! WHATS THE POINT OF HAVING IT ON THE MAC APPSTORE?????!!! I DONT GET THE POINT IN IT…..

Go ahead, try it, because it is free. Just don’t pay for it because it doesn’t work on Mac or iOS
